    baskingridge: Report static temperature in _TMP
    
    The current code is attempting to convert from an invalid
    starting temperature.  Since we aren't sure where the temperature
    will come from yet just return a static value.
    
    This stops the kernel from going to S5 on boot because it
    thinks the temperature is too high.
