    lynxpoint: Update device IDs and clock gating setup
    
    - Add device IDs for lynxpoint mobile and LP variants.
    - Update the clock gating setup based on BWG
    - Update the SATA programming based on BWG
    - Add a DEVSLP0 mux config register
