    Hudson: Cleanup - change SB800 references to hudson
    
    Go through southbridge/amd/agesa/hudson, thatcher and parmer
    mainboard directories and change all references to sb800 to
    reference hudson instead.
    
    This is just cleanup and should make no functional difference.
