[coreboot] Coreboot Seabios's Makefile.inc build issue.

Hi,
I build coreboot and seabios  separately , and then add a payload in
coreboot , no err occurs.
By the way, I think seabios should have a method to use cross compile tool
chain like coreboot. I have to modify makefile now.
