[coreboot] Gigabyte GA-6BXE: floppy drive support

Hello

Thank you for including me since I'm not on the list currently.

My port was based on Gigabyte GA-6BXC witch also does not have floppy 
support, so the WIP status i basically just me intending to port it to 
GA-6BXE once it be implemented for GA-6BXC. I haven't worked actively on 
core boot for little over a year but still have both boards and would be 
willing to help test any progress you make.
