[coreboot] amd_model_fxx_generate_powernow with dual-socket dual-core K8 system just handles first CPU(?)

Hi all,

Yes there should be a loop for processor sockets. I wrote that for single cpu 
(dual core...)

Please fix it so it works on all cases.
