[coreboot] Support for Jasper Forest and Sandy bridge on coreboot

Sorry, I don't know the specifics on Sandy Bridge, if CAR from the
Core 2s would work or not. You can take a look at other chipsets in
the coreboot source tree to get an idea of what would be required.
