[coreboot] Mail from a student who wants to apply for coreboot GSoC project

Since arm based netbook/pads are getting more popular, arm system are
getting more
complicated, lots of them now should deal with pci/pcie devices, much of
them also should
support sas/sata/scsi based disks. Coreboot has a great advantage about
dealing with this.
