[coreboot] build service results for r6501

[repository service]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 6501 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
drop half an uart8250 implementation from smiutil and use the common code
for that instead. This also allows using non-uart8250 consoles for smi
debugging.

in stepan's neck until the issue is fixed.
