[coreboot] FW: VGA rom can not be loaded by SEABIOS

Hi Kevin,

   I have already found the reason. It is only because "791F != 791f". I
just use 791F in cbfs.

It will load both "pciVVVV,DDDD.rom" and "vgaroms/*" - the
pciVVVV,DDDD.rom format is preferred.
