It's only seeing your CPUs.  I was looking for Attempting to init... lines
with other devices.

02:03.0 (from your Coreboot log this looks like one of your NICs)

Maybe you can cheat and set CONFIG_PCI_ROOT1 to 2.  I don't know why it's
not finding your devices.
