[coreboot] [PATCH] D945GCLF

Hi,

this is an unfinished board I had lying around. CAR and serial output
works, but it dies after ram init.

Right now I don't think there is a considerable chance that I can finish
it, but here's the patch in case anyone has the time and hardware to
look into this.
