I think I need some clarification.  When we're talking about
STACK_SIZE and HEAP_SIZE it only refers to coreboot_ram, right?  So
unless you use a compressed payload, LZMA doesn't come into play.
When you're using cache_as_ram, I don't see that we have a way of
dividing the cache between stack and heap.  Am I missing something?
