I finally finished the accompanying video I made for this HOWTO, it's

Hope this is helpful for somebody.

I can't stress enough that my soldering skills are next to non-existant
and that I _still_ managed to do this, and both the board and the chip
survived. The procedure may sound scary, but it's really not that bad.
Everybody can learn how to do this with a little bit of practicing.
