[coreboot] Flashrom test results for VIA EPIA-EX15000

I noticed that the EPIA-EX15000 and EPIA-NX15000 weren't mentioned on
the flashrom page and since we are using it successfully to flash
propitiatory images I wanted to send in a report.

VIA EPIA-EX15000
