There are many compatible flash chips. SST49LF080A should be fairly
easy to get, maybe also Winbond W39V080A.

If you do, please be very careful not to get cyanoacrylate super glue
on your skin, I am still having some issues from glueing I did very
long ago where I accidentally got some on me. Please use gloves. I
wasn't thinking. :(
