Comment:

 The original poster's BIOS has locked down the SPI commands that can be
 "triggered" by flashrom in the way the existing ICH SPI driver does, so in
 this situation flashrom has to do more work and drive the SPI commands
 "manually" using Hardware Sequencing.

 FENG Yu Ning will work on this.
