[coreboot] build service results for r4080

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automatic build system of coreboot.

The developer "rminnich" checked in revision 4080 to
the coreboot repository. This caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
This is a bit of an emergency fix for qemu. Ethernet routing has not been
working. Given all the limitations of PIRQ routing we keep it simple
and just set the IRQ directly. Most BIOSes are doing setup this way anyways,
since there are so many errors in PIRQ tables.

If something broke during this checkin please be a pain 
in rminnich's neck until the issue is fixed.
