 I intend to be activating both, yes.

 I was just surprised that it says that the vga console is disabled even
 though it's not.  I would expect that it would only print "VGA console
 terminal disabled" when the VGA console terminal is disabled.

 And of course, it should neither say it's disabled, nor disable it, with
 the command "terminal console serial" (or "terminal vga serial")
