[coreboot] r3708 build service

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3708 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Mark two more chips as fully tested (trivial).

 - SST SST39SF010A
 - Winbond W29C011

Tested by me on actual hardware, all operations.
