[coreboot] filo fails to compile

Yes, but that won't work in the current form of libpayload, as it's
config.h collides with FILO's config.h (it's not a problem if you
do the 'make DESTDIR=../build install' as that renames libpayload's
config.h to libpayload-config.h. We could of course change that...
