[coreboot] fintek patch for f71805f

This is a patch for the fintek f71805f.

I don't have hardware to test it on.

Maybe Corey can check this. It may have been modified by Corey or Urbez 
as well.

There were so many C7 + cn700 + VT8237r trees I've lost track.

This will help with many Jetway boards.
