I guess, you travel around a lot and participate in all kind of
conferences?
Were you already be able to get coreboot running on one of your
machines? I can imagine, that you could tell people from your (hopefully
satisfying) experience and in doing so make coreboot more aware to the
public. I think a lot of people do not know about coreboot and even do
not think that a BIOS can be substituted by a free BIOS. At least I did
not know it.
I hope, that then some interested people will try to get their
motherboard supported and a few of them will send patches, do porting,
test patches or support the project in other ways.
I assume, that besides getting the documentation from the manufacturer
time to work on the project is most important. And therefore more
developers are appreciated.
I hope, I am making sense and that this idea does not contradict to any
standpoints or policy of the main developers of coreboot in respect of
marketing coreboot.
