Indeed - it is the preferred load location of all payloads big and
small, mainly because its a well known address that is virtually
guaranteed to be available.

If and when libpayload gets OS loading capabilities, it will have to 
be smart enough to move itself out of the way, similar to how 
coreboot and FILO works right now.
