[coreboot] v2[PATCH]RCA RM4100 i82830 support

Hello,
I would like to submit my code for the RCA RM4100. Also code for the  
Intel i82830
Nothbridge, that works great. Everything works great except the  
ethernet and tv-out. By submitting the code maybe someone could help  
me figure out the ethernet problem? Anyways here it is:
