[coreboot] starting ACPI implementation for m57sli

Hi Stefan,

the patch is meant as starting point for developers with better
background in the field, not for checking it in as it is
currently. Unfortunately I do not have the time to work on it and
learn all the skills needed to go on. I'll have to wait for the
experts. :-)
