[coreboot] etherboot and filo issue

I like a plain Etherboot from rom-o-matic.net and then storing FILO
or whatever other payload on a boot server until I am ready to
reflash with the payload permanently.

If you want to combine etherboot and FILO in flash I think there are
some versions of etherboot which do include a version of FILO, but I
don't think it's the most recent versions.
