Agreed, I think we should just use the sign-off procedure on _all_ our
repositories. Trivial fixes etc. can always be self-ACKed a la

if that's needed, but even in that case the sign-offs themselves are
useful (IMO) to keep a consistent "trail" of all contributions, for
easy grepping in 'svn log' output etc. etc.

Can we add the usual svn hook for the openvsa repo (as well as all other
repos which don't have it yet)?
