[coreboot] r3825 build service

[coreboot information]

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3825 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Add some comments to make it easier to enable onboard VGA for
different ROM chip sizes (trivial, tested with 256 KB chip).
