This is a known issue, see status table at
http://www.coreboot.org/Flashrom#Supported_mainboards
For some reason flashrom on the MS-7260 works fine when booted via
coreboot, but not when booted via the original, proprietary BIOS.
I don't know _why_ that's the case or how to fix it.
You might want to try to flash the chip in a different box
if possible (via "hot-swapping"). If your AsRock board has a socketed
BIOS chip too, that'll probably work (but make sure you have backups etc).
