[coreboot] ADLO loader help

I would like to be able to add ADLO (16-bit and 32-bit) to buildrom as payloads.

Right now 16-bit works, but I haven't figured out all of the details
of the loader for the 32-bit version.  The current version starts and
prints the banner, then dies.  I'm suspicious of the segment limit,
but have no idea how to fix it.

I'm attaching the two loader files.  Could someone look at them and
point me in the right direction?
