[LinuxBIOS] W39V040BPZ or vt8237. Flashing problems.

This is the jetway board? Hop into the factory BIOS, under
Miscellaneous, and disable "Flash Write Protect". I've been flashing
mine with the exact same chipset and flash part for months now, without
any problems.
