No, the second SPI CS# isn't connected directly with any SuperIO pin.
OTOH, I found (using Peter's labeling):
U9-CS# -> Q4-1
Q4-3 -> Q3-3
Q5-1 -> U5-CS# -> SuperIO-61
Please note that that there is no serial resistor btw U5-CS# and SuperIO-61, so
you cannot force the pullup of Q5-1 (IMHO)
