OK, I verified that SATA works, I booted from a SATA disk using FILO, and
I was also able to mount the SATA disk when booting from IDE.

Not sure about the PCIe yet, I think the PCIe VGA card I have here has
problems in the emulator, but that's not related to the PCIe
functionality per se.
