[LinuxBIOS] r2695 build service

Dear LinuxBIOS readers!

This is the automated build check service of LinuxBIOS.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 2695 to
the LinuxBIOS source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Various IT8712F fixes:

 - Add missing IT8712F_GPIO definition.
 - Add functions for entering and exiting MB PnP mode.
 - Add some more device init lines to pnp_dev_info[].
