[LinuxBIOS] EPIA power off / reset

I have to add acpi=force to the kernel boot line in grub menu.lst
to enable acpi in my Ubuntu Feisty fawn. Without it my EPIA SP does not
shut down.

I have found that other distributions sometimes add acpi automatically.
