No. The file didn't have a license header before, the code I diffed
against also doesn't have a license header, and adding the license
header at this point in time where we're trying to reduce diffs
between svn and Yinghai's tree would be plain idiotic.

Feel free to add license headers _after_ I'm done with merging all
the code and the tree compiles again. Right now such a change would
only make my life much more difficult.
