Ah OK, that makes sense. So you want to find out quickly which version
of a patch was committed without manually comparing the checkin
message with all patches on the list.

Now that you cleared it up, I think it is a useful tool. But I would
not use Committed-by or such stuff. Simply a short reply "Applied."
