[LinuxBIOS] I think we need an ACPI discussion at the linuxbios summit

the only concern now is chipset dsdt.asl copyright problem.
For AMD Opteron platform:
1. AMD 8111 is ready.
2. nvidia chipset and serverworks chipset: I can not figure out who
hold the dsdt.dsl, MB vendor or chipset vendor or IBV(AMI and
phoenix)?
