Argh! Please don't! It took me long enough to find the difference between
CONFIG_COMPRESSED and CONFIG_COMPRESSED_ROM_STREAM.

Can we have CONFIG_COMPRESSED_PAYLOAD instead? That would at least
indicate what's going on.
