Ok, now it is much faster as before.
The vga initialization is done in ca. 9s.
copying initrd and the kernel and also uncompressing the kernel is like 
under factory bios.

The only thing which is slow, is to copy LB in the RAM.

The perfect sulotion seems to be enabling the L1 cache in the early 
state of LB.

9s for vga is not fast, but I think we would find the reason for that.
