usb debug is not in the LinuxBIOS tree. It's also only a replacement for
a serial console.
On the Epia you dont need it, and you can't use it, since Epia does not
have a USB debug port. Just use a serial connection instead and compile
in the GDB extension by enabling CONFIG_GDB_STUB.
