Flash chips are located directly below 4G (0xffffffff)

So you need to calculate the address by subtracting the
flash chip size (and adding the offset within the image)

in your case the offset within the image is 0, because its the first
thing.

then you type (in bash for example)

biossize=256
printf "0x%x\n" $(( 0x100000000 - ($biossize*1024) ))
