Well, if I set the onboard chip IO to +
following happens at running testbios

After the run, the screen connected to the onboard vga is black & white 
with rectangles an flickers. (2 times / second)

I have seen that there is no latency on 0:9.0
also it seems the onboard vga memory is false detected [16MB]
it should be 4MB
