[LinuxBIOS] DOC vs CF

DOC is slow! and needs special H/W.
The only merit of DOC is easyness of implementation for hardware designer,
and probably cost when you buy it with very large quantity.
In short, DOC is out of scope unless you are a h/w designer of embedded systems.
