[LinuxBIOS] where do we stand

1. issue 36 for tyan other MB to enable CAR again.
2. issue 37: a. apic id liftting to way that kernel like and let bsp
to stay with 0
                  b. hw memhole: solve if hole_startk == some node basek
Can you check the issue 36 and 37 at first? and I will produce another
patch to fix it in one day....

or put that in another branch...

I don't like  to remove the NDA info from internal tree and produce
patch again and again...
