I just now committed the 7/03 changes from Dave to the current tree, much 
of this had to be done by hand. 

It appeared to be ok, however, I hope I have not just broken things for 
anyone, although epia-m does not appear to be working on V1 so i assume 
this is ok.

Dave, can you check this out? Particularly raminit.inc, northbridge.c, and 
mainboard.c
