I was not able to pass through the agpgart module, so I disabled it in the kernel.
Everything works now.

  Guys,
I use freebios v1 from CVS and it works smoothly with the filo payload and Dave Ashley's fix for the raminit.
The only caveat is that linux hangs when it is trying to initialize CLE266. Here is the log:

  ------------------------------------------LOG STARTS --------------------------------
  ...
Linux agpgart interface v0.99 (c) Jeff Hartmann
agpgart: Maximum main memory to use for agp memory: 177M
  agpgart: Detected Via CLE266 chipset

That's it. After that Linux just sits there forever. I'll try to see what's causing it today/tomorrow but really appreciate if someone could throw me a hand.
  Appreciate it,
  Dmitry/
