EPIA-800 and VGA post LinuxBIOS init

It's working for me, VGA is up all the way 
LinuxBIOS + SG patch --> FILO --> Linux.

However, framebuffer (epiafb) doesn't work well, and TV-out
doesn't work either even if it is re-programmed by tvtool or tvout.
