You can try our LinuxBIOS ready kernel.
ftp://ftp.cwlinux.com/pub/downloads/kernel/2.4.19/kernel-source-linuxbios-2.4.19-CWLINUX_4.i386.rpm
It has integrated with sis patch, kexec plue others patches.
